Return Process

  Double-check the dimensions, bedroom count, and foundation type before finalizing your digital or physical order.

  Contact Support

  If you notice a technical error with your files or prints, contact our support team within 14 days of receipt.

  Exchange Eligibility

  Unopened physical plan sets may be eligible for an exchange for a plan of equal or greater value, subject to a restocking fee.

• 4.
  Final Approval

  Once a digital file has been downloaded or a physical set has been opened, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
